Helpful Hint – “Choke” down ½ to 1 full ounce of Apple Cider Vinegar at least once per day.
I began using Apple Cider Vinegar several years ago. I had a chiropractic patient recommend it to me when I was suffering a cold. Since then, I have used it on and off; mostly in the winter time to prevent colds and the flu. I truly believe that it works! I recall one cold and flu season where I was totally faithful at taking 1 ounce every night. I never got sick; not even the sniffles. As I researched Apple Cider Vinegar I learned that it is also good for many other health issues. Science has yet to “prove” any claims of vinegar’s medicinal properties but several research studies have found promising results and “the proof is in the pudding”!
Here are a few benefits Apple Cider Vinegar probably has and that I want for me:
- Lower blood pressure
- Diabetes control
- Lower LDL cholesterol levels
- Cancer prevention
- Weight loss
- Decreased Fibromyalgia symptoms
- Stronger immune system
Daily use of Apple Cider Vinegar may or may not help me with all or part of these health issues. However, there is no harm in its use – for me and probably for you. It is hard to swallow but its potential benefits are worth it.
