Your First Visit

Be prepared to spend up to 1 hour if necessary, with your Mesa AZ Chiropractor, Dr. Lee on the first visit. Why? Dr. Lee wants to do everything possible to discover the best, most productive way to get you feeling better, faster. You will first be asked several questions. Then you may receive a spinal / postural screening, muscle strengthening test, joint motion analysis, contact reflex analysis/applied kinesiology screening, nutritional assessment screening, clinical and home treatment plan and instructions.

Come in 15 to 20 minutes To our Mesa AZ Chiropractic office before your scheduled appointment to fill out all your paper work. Be sure to bring with you any doctor or lab information, x-rays, etc. that you think may be helpful. Also, if you have insurance, bring your card too.
